New in boxes. The top, by Regency, is known as the Color Choice top as one side is dark grey and one side is mahogany - and since it comes without having been assembled to the base yet, you will get to choose which side you want to face up (Grey or Mahogany). It is 72" in length by 24" in width.
 
The base, also by Regency and known as the Kobe Flip Top Base, is black and comes in its own box - it is made to accommodate tops from 72" to 84" in length and up to 30" width. It will fit the included 72" x 24" table top described above perfectly.
 
With the flip top feature, this table is fantastic for a variety of office settings including as a table easily brought out (mobile on casters) and flipped up for a desk, dining table at work, conference table, etc.). Flip back down and easily roll it back out of the way when not needed.
 
This brand is well known for durable, stable office furniture. Save hundreds - selling the set for just $165 (it would be well over $400 even on Amazon plus taxes). I just cannot use it after all.
