By Designer to the Stars Rachel Zoe.  Difficult to find as these sold out last season - they are just 22" but quite thick - sparkly.  This one is Silver (they came in different colors).  Would also make a fabulous table centerpiece with a candle in the center or other object.  Made for indoors or covered outdoors.  Great gift - comes new with the Rachel Zoe tags still attached.
