More details and photos to come shortly.  Just have one from the former design company Oliver Space.  This is quite a large chair - dimensions also forthcoming - it is a statement piece but not particularly recommended for comfort (without some type of cushioning for one's back!).  In Natural/Natural.  Woven seat.  No longer in its box but fully assembled and still new.
