Very good condition.  Extremely substantial piece (heavyweight).  No noticable flaws.  If unfamiliar, Mr. Jeup's innovative custom furniture company, Jeup, Inc, was recently acquired by RH (Restoration Hardware) and he is now heading up their new RH Bespoke Furniture business. His designs are rarely found for resale online - but can be found on upscale sites like Chairly, Invaluable, FirstDibs, etc. They are statement pieces and extremely expensive. 
 
Specs are on one of the attached photos of the spec sheet for this sofa. It is heavy - as fine furniture often is! Walnut wood. Dims are on there as well. Perfect for a Mid Century Modern investor or connoisseur. They no longer have these in production.
