Brand new in box (boxes beat up from shipping to me but the items are great). The box comes with a set of 2 - one tree that is 4 ft and one that is that is 3 ft. You could actually take off the plaid Christmas ribbon if so desired to use any time of year. 
 
We keep our own  inside for now but would be just as cute outside. We are in the midst of redecorating so the photos of ours is awful and will be replaced - but I was trying to capture how stunning these are in person. Almost always a product looks much better in the professional photos than in real life and this was just the opposite. Their photos do not capture the rich greens and the size - they seem small in their photos, as does the deer and presents. I was pleasantly surprised that the trees are not connected (though they can be) so you could have them in two different locations. 2 for 1! We are thinking of using at least one in a planter and have with the ribbon off the rest of the year as it is much like any other faux topiary cone and less expensive. 
 
The topiary presents and deer you see in some pictures were purchased at the same time. They are $99 for the deer and $99 for the presents, which do appear to be connected. 
 
We lovem the longevity of these - the lights are zip tied it seems inside so if I wanted to replace later or add more, change to LED, etc, you could do so with just some more zip ties.  They also come with additional bulbs and some come with additional small green zip ties. So hard to find these and they are sold out now everywhere I look and more expensive.
