Condition: Brand new still in plastic with tags.  Both the sweater material and the faux fur are nice and soft and feel/look high quality in person.  Has a thick material on the underside as well.  Last two photos are stock images just to show the open look of the tree skirt as the fur coloring looks like a different color from in person so we took our own photos to accurately reflect the skirt with and without the plastic wrap but we did not open it further.
